Rhythm and Vines is committed to making the festival as accessible and inclusive as possible. Accessibility facilities include dedicated viewing platforms at the Rhythm and Vines and Vines stages, accessible toilets throughout the festival site, accessible showers in the campgrounds, and designated accessibility parking close to the festival entrance.
The festival site is located at Waiohika Estate, a working vineyard and rural property. While gravel roads and designated routes connect major areas of the festival, the natural terrain, grass areas and outdoor environment may present some accessibility challenges.
Staff and roaming customer experience personnel are available to assist attendees where possible. We also support initiatives such as the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower programme.
If you have specific accessibility requirements or need additional assistance, please complete an Accessibility form ahead of the festival using the link below:

This allows us to discuss your individual needs and explore what arrangements can be made to help you enjoy your festival experience.
