If you need help while at Rhythm & Vines, please speak to the nearest festival staff member, security guard, campground staff member, or medical team member.
Our teams are onsite to help with safety, entry, wristbands, campground issues, medical support, lost property, accessibility support, and general festival questions.
For general onsite help
You can ask for help from:
- Festival staff
- Security
- Campground staff
- Entry or box office staff
- Medical or first aid teams
- Bar, vendor, or information staff who can direct you to the right team

In an emergency
If there is an immediate threat to someone’s safety, call 111 immediately.
You should also notify the nearest security guard, medical team member, or festival staff member as soon as possible so our onsite team can respond quickly.
Important information
- Follow all directions from festival staff, security, medical, traffic, and campground teams.
- If you feel unsafe, unwell, or concerned about someone else, seek help straight away.
- For wristband, ticket, or entry issues, go to the entry/check-in team or speak to festival staff.
- For campground issues, speak to campground staff or security.
- For medical support, go to the nearest medical or first aid point, or ask staff to direct you.
Before the festival
Save the onsite helpline number 3960 in your phone before arriving, and make sure your phone is charged so you can contact support if needed.
