Your wristband is your festival access pass and cashless festival wallet, so it must stay securely fitted for the duration of the event.
If your wristband is lost, damaged, removed, or tampered with, please speak to the nearest festival staff member, security team member, or box office/check-in team as soon as possible.
Important information
- Wristbands must not be removed, cut, stretched, shared, or tampered with.
- Damaged, removed, or tampered wristbands may not be accepted for entry or re-entry.
- Replacement wristbands are not guaranteed.
- Any replacement may be subject to verification.
- You may need to show your valid Rhythm & Vines ticket and physical photo ID before a replacement can be considered.
- Your wristband is linked to your cashless festival wallet, losing or damaging it may affect your ability to make purchases or access your funds.
