Refund options
- Refund booths will be available onsite on 1 January.
- Online refunds will be available through Wayver until 31 January.
- You will need your Wayver wristband details to complete your refund.
- You will need to provide the chip number from your wristband as part of the refund process.
Important information
- Online top-ups are not automatically refunded.
- Refunds must be completed before the refund deadline.
- Refunds cannot be processed after the refund period has closed.
- Keep your wristband after the festival until your refund has been completed.
- Refunds are processed by Wayver, not Rhythm & Vines.
