    How can I manage my Hotel or Motel booking?

    Email mara@rhythmandvines.co.nz to request:

    • Change in check-in date
    • Cancellation

    CANCELLATION

    As per the terms & conditions you may request cancellation of your package

    1. Confirm in writing you wish to cancel, including the Order Number

    2. Package will be relisted on the R&V website

    3. If/When it resells to a new customer, you are entitled to a full refund less the $275 cancellation fee.

    4. Please note that new packages sell before the resales, so if there are still packages available on the website your refund will not be immediate.
