    Have ticket confirmations been sent out yet?

    Yes, you should receive a confirmation email immediately after purchasing your ticket or package.

    If you haven’t received anything, it’s possible there was a mistake in the email address entered at checkout. Depending on what you purchased, you’ll need to reach out to the appropriate team:

    • For 3-Day GA, VIP, Camping, and Single Day Tickets, please contact Moshtix.
    • For Prem-Tent, Glamping, and Hotel packages, get in touch with our Premium Services team (details below).

    🔒Please note: As an added layer of protection against scams, tickets with barcodes for Rhythm and Vines are not sent out until December 1st.
