Yes. You can top up your Wayver account online before the festival.
Online top-ups are the easiest way to get festival-ready before you arrive and can help you skip the queues at onsite Top-Up booths.
How to top up online
1. Go to https://my.wayver.co.nz
2. Log in or create an account using Facebook or your email address.
3. Select “I’m going to an event”.
4. Enter your Moshtix ticket number - not your Order ID - or scan the QR code on your ticket.
5. Choose the amount you want to top up.
6. Complete your payment.
Once your online top-up is complete, the credit will be linked to your ticket. When you arrive at the festival and check in, your balance will automatically be loaded onto your wristband.
Important information
- You must use your Moshtix ticket number, not your Moshtix Order ID.
- Online top-ups are linked to your ticket before you receive your wristband.
- Once your ticket has been redeemed at the festival, you can no longer top up online.
- After check-in, any additional top-ups must be made at an onsite Top-Up booth.
- A once-off $5 service fee applies the first time you top up your wristband.
- The maximum top-up amount at any one time is $300.
