Rhythm & Vines does not offer traditional ticket transfers. Instead, if you can no longer attend, there are official options available to safely pass your ticket on to someone else.
Your options
If you can't make the festival, you may be able to use one of the following Moshtix-supported options:
Ticket Resale
Ticket Resale allows you to sell your ticket directly to a friend or acquaintance using a secure, unique link.
- This is the safest way to pass your ticket to someone you know.
- Not available for Comp, Comp by Donation, Volunteer or Industry tickets.
Ticket Return
Ticket Return allows you to list your ticket back through the official Moshtix event page so it can be purchased by another customer.
- This option is only available once the festival allocation has sold out.
- Not available for Comp, Comp by Donation, Volunteer or Industry tickets.
Important information
- Rhythm & Vines operates a strict No Refund Policy.
- If your ticket is not successfully sold through Ticket Resale or Ticket Return, no refund will be issued.
- All tickets must match the name and ID of the person attending the festival. This helps reduce fraud and improves safety at the event.
Other ticketing tips
- With Mobile Ticketing, your ticket will be available in your Moshtix account as soon as your purchase is complete.
- Name changes are not permitted after a ticket has been purchased.
- If you made a genuine mistake during the purchase process, such as entering an incorrect name or date of birth, contact Moshtix to request an amendment. Fees may apply.
Secure Tickets
Moshtix offers a Secure Tickets option, which we strongly recommend purchasing at checkout.
Secure Tickets may allow you to apply for a refund if you're unable to attend due to specific unforeseen circumstances, as outlined in the Secure Tickets Terms and Conditions.
