I can't find my ticket, where should I look?

Where your ticket is located depends on what you purchased:

• 3-Day GA, VIP, Camping, and Single Day Tickets

These can be accessed directly through your Moshtix account. Simply log in to view your tickets.

• Prem-Tent, Glamping, and Hotel Packages

If you purchased one of these packages, you should have received a confirmation email with your order number at the time of purchase. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder just in case).

Please note PDF tickets with bar-codes are suppressed until December 1st, and won't be dispatched until the month before the festival.
