Yes, you should receive a confirmation email immediately after purchasing your ticket or package.
If you haven’t received anything, it’s possible there was a mistake in the email address entered at checkout. Depending on what you purchased, you’ll need to reach out to the appropriate team:
- For 3-Day GA, VIP, Camping, and Single Day Tickets, please contact Moshtix.
- For Prem-Tent, Glamping, and Hotel packages, get in touch with our Premium Services team (details below).
