Unfortunately not. If you are the owner of the package, and you can no longer make it, as per the Package Terms and Conditions, you will be required to cancel the booking and therefore have it listed for resale. The reason we have to do this is because the booking is under the package owner's credit card.

1. Confirm in writingĀ youĀ wishĀ toĀ cancel your package, including the 4 digit Order #
2. Package will be relisted on our website
3. If/When it resellsĀ toĀ a new customerĀ youĀ are entitledĀ toĀ a full refund less the $275Ā cancellationĀ fee.
4. Please note that new packages sell before the resales, so if there are still packages available on the website your refund will not be immediate.
